THERMOFORMING FIXTURE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Adjust set screws with a 9/64 allen wrench to perforation preferences.
- Carefully adhere the fixture limb model with plaster.
The set screws must be facing up to assure perforation of plastic. Be sure to align the four hole pattern with the line of progression. Do not allow any of excess plaster to get on the outside of the fixture, for this will cause the lock to fit loosely.
- Proceed to thermoform and fabricate socket to your specifications.
