These are approximate time and temps.
1. Pre-heat oven to 365º F for crystal material / 280º F for T-Flex material and prime vacuum systems.
2. Prepare positive model by setting up fixture on distal end (such as TF-65) and use plaster to blend the edges.
3. Perform regular prep on positive model.
4. Place aluminum support ring (RM-AS) in oven supporting it by at least two sides (RM-CK support kit may be needed) making sure the inside diameter (I.D.) of the support ring is open.
5. Place ringmaster sheet on the aluminum support, then place second aluminum support ring (RM-AS) on top centered with plastic. Heat inside oven for approx. 15 min. (for crystal material) When plastic droops (1/2- to 2/3 of model), open oven and pull the rack out. Grab the ringmaster and frame, take to model, flip like normal blister forming, pull down with a slight twisting motion and apply vacuum.
6. When cooled, take flat head screw driver and place between aluminum support and plastic then twist (this will separate the plastic and support). Remove the ring.
7. Now make trim lines and cut socket.
Note:
When using in a convection oven, flip and/or rotate the plastic as necessary to keep even wall thickness
